There are no excuses not to get in your daily exercise when it comes to the weather. You can achieve similar results as you would outdoors only with different scenery. In home walking, Wii/Wii Fit, exercise bike, treadmill, elliptical, workout DVD’s, stair climbing, jump rope, mini trampoline and going to the gym are only a few of the type of indoor workout
